A completely new installation to this prestigious apartment – this project was the product of two smaller properties being combined into one.
Project included:
- Installation of general small power and intricate LED lighting with full Lutron Controls
- Integration of power and controls to heating, ventilation and AC systems
- Addition of main power distribution including load shedding devices
- Incorporation of a “kill switch” by way of contactors to isolate all circuits in the vicinity of master bedroom
Our team worked closely with the Lighting Designers and AV specialist to achieve the client’s vision.
